After placing your order, text your order number and desired customization to (678)670-0414  or add to cart directly on our website! 

• Rose, White, or Yellow gold 

• Diamonds: Standard - VS/SI Clarity 

• Bail: standard or custom

• Approximate Measurements: width and height (not including length)

• Customize with letters, numbers, or special characters (!, @, #, $, &, +) 

You will have the opportunity to change the design style/font 3 times (e.g. Nameplate to medallion/logo or vice versa).

Once design style is finalized you have the opportunity to make 5 minor adjustments to complete your custom design.

*Every adjustment may require 24-48 hours so it is best to make all changes in 1-2 requests

Once design has been approved, invoice will be sent requiring 50% deposit to complete the pendant. Production time can vary between 2-4 weeks depending on final design. The remainder balance is required to be completed before shipping out final product.
