How to Start Your Custom Jewelry Process

1. Start Your Design

A $250 design deposit gets your project started and is applied toward your final balance.

2. Artwork & Design Approval

Our designers create a custom artwork/CAD of your piece. This typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the complexity of the design. You’ll have the opportunity to review the design and request changes before production begins.

3. Begin Production

Once your design is approved, a payment bringing your total deposit to approximately 50% of the final price is required to begin production.

4. We Handcraft Your Piece

Production typically takes 2.5–4 weeks. If you need your piece by a specific date, let us know before production begins, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

5. Pickup or Insured Shipping

Once your custom piece is complete, you can:

  • Pick it up in person, or
  • Have it fully insured and shipped (typically 1–3 business days).

How long does the custom jewelry process take?

Creating your custom piece takes between 3-4 weeks, urgent orders can be requested

Can I make payments?

You can choose 1 of 2 options:
1. Financing (buy now pay later) - At the checkout click the AFFIRM payment option or on any product click "see if you qualify"

2. You can make payments to get the piece started and also while the piece is getting made. You can only pick up the piece once paid in full.
