All ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.


Custom Orders

Custom-made pieces require additional production time. Orders will be shipped within 3–5 weeks after full payment is received.


Insured Shipping

All orders are shipped with full insurance coverage to protect against loss, theft, or damage during transit.


Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

For security purposes, ATL Diamond District reserves the right to review and verify any order. If an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent or suspicious, processing and shipping may be delayed. In such cases, the customer will be contacted via email for verification before the order is fulfilled.

How long does the custom jewelry process take?

Creating your custom piece takes between 3-4 weeks, urgent orders can be requested

Can I make payments?

You can choose 1 of 2 options:
1. Financing (buy now pay later) - At the checkout click the AFFIRM payment option or on any product click "see if you qualify"

2. You can make payments to get the piece started and also while the piece is getting made. You can only pick up the piece once paid in full.

Are your custom pieces real?

How can I get started on my custom piece?

To get started as soon as possible complete the form with the most accurate description of what you want. After you submit the form make a $150 deposit to get the process started!
